Since beginning his professional life with 9 years at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), he has built a career working with leaders and teams of organizations large and small, public and private. His ongoing focus areas are leadership and personal development, workplace culture, trust- and relationship-building, emotional intelligence, teamwork and productivity. Chalmers’ training and speaking work takes him across the U.S. and Canada.
